There’s something about Portugal that just gets under your skin, and we don’t just mean the amazingly delicious and ridiculously cheap wine. It’s a country rich in trails (with no gates), wonderfully twisty roads that seem to go on forever, and a jaw dropping coastline that will simply take your breath away (did I mention no gates?). Simply put - it’s a place made for bikers! It’s a place made for Moto Junkies, and so we are heading back in 2026 with a brand-new tour, and you’re invited.

Over 7 days, we’ll explore Portugal’s wild side on this motorcycle tour:
Wander through the walled city of Óbidos before following coastal roads to Nazaré, home of the world’s biggest waves.
Ride forest trails and the hidden tracks of the Candeeiros Natural Park, with the chance to visit the stunning Mira de Aire caves.
Test yourself on the 100m-high dunes of São Pedro de Moel, and cross breathtaking coastal landscapes.
Take on a long, rewarding ride across the mountains and valleys of Fornea.
End with a farewell ride through pine forests, stopping for one last Portuguese feast in the hills.

The best part? At the end of each day, you’ll return to our base in historic Alcobaça — home to Portugal’s largest monastery, and just a stone’s throw from lively cafés, bars, and restaurants. No endless packing and unpacking, just great riding and a warm welcome waiting each night.
You’ll be riding Husqvarnas with our very own home-grown Smiley Steve and a local guide with a passion for those lesser known places. They will be there to help you make the kind of memories you’ll carry home long after the trail dust has settled. As Big G would say, “It’s fast and flowing, baby”! I may have added the “baby” bit for dramatic effect!
This is adventure made easy — trails, twisties, culture, and camaraderie, all in one unforgettable package.
👉 Spaces are limited for our brand new Big Portuguese Adventure, so if Portugal’s been on your bucket list, now’s the time.
