An Adventure Packed Weekend in Wales
Join us at our favourite forest hideaway for a weekend of adventure 1-3rd July
Suitable for all level of riders except total beginners. Please attend our Train4Trails Level 1 if you have no previous off-road experience.
Join us and fellow Moto Junkies for a short biker break at our favourite bunkhouse on the edge of Hafren Forest for an evening meal and a chinwag, before settling in for the night.
The following morning we will start with an early breakfast and hit the trails for full days playing around the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.
Our groups take a steady day, going at a pace to suit you and enjoying the scenery with an expert guide who will ease you in gently, and offer advice as and when required.
Wales has an abundance of beautiful back roads and byways, and our local knowledge will see you make the most of what's available.
We will stop for lunch at one of the local cafes. We'll also stop at a couple of local beauty spots along the way. This is a relaxed day with the promise of many giggles - but do expect the odd challenge and do expect mud and rocks!
Saturday night we will settle in with an evening meal and no doubt regale all the day's events over a beer (bring your own!)!
Sunday morning sees a change of experience as we go from turf to surf (ish). Prepare for a relaxing morning and a chance to try out paddleboarding (SUP) on the stunning Clywedog Reservoir.
The Clywedog provides a perfect habitat for wildlife. Buzzards and red kite are now a common sight, and recently there have even been occasional sightings of ospreys.
This beautiful reservoir has only existed for the last 60 years or so but it combines with the remarkable local landscape to make an astonishing place for adventurers of all skill levels. Also known as The Dragons Tail Lake, this is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
After the paddleboarding, we will head back to the bunkhouse for a nice lunch before your onward journey.
You will need a suitable dual-sport bike for this event. If you are not sure if your bike is suitable then please contact us before booking. Alternatively, you can hire one of our CRF's or Himalayans at extra cost (see pricing below).
