Ride Snowdonia - Bring Your Partner

Join us with your partner for a short biker break in the heart of Snowdonia, North Wales, and ride some of Europes best riding roads?

This short biker break is for 2-days and 3 nights. Arrive on Wednesday 21st July and leave on Saturday 24th July.

Wales is famous for having some of the best riding roads in Europe, with miles of twisties cutting through breathtaking views.

For this short break, we base ourselves in The Waterloo Hotel and Spa, in Betws-y-Coed, a mecca for bikers and situated high up in the heart of the Snowdonia mountain range.

Snowdonia is a must ride for any motorcycle enthusiast and what better way to find those hidden gems than with a local guide and a group of fellow Moto Junkies?

We have booked double rooms for this one, so bring your partner. Come with two bikes, share a bike, or stay behind to enjoy a spa day, go walking, or go shopping around the array of outdoor shops and coffee shops.

Nearby attractions include: Snowdon Mountain Railway, The Beautiful Bodnant Gardens, The Fantasy Village of Portmeirion, Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Ffestiniog Steam Railway, Sygyn Copper Mines, various Lake Railways, Castles at Caernarfon, Conwy, Beaumaris and Penrhyn, The Famous Swallow Falls, delightful Fairy Glen, an abandoned mining hamlet, secluded lakes, bridges and picnic areas.

Activities which are based near or in the Snowdonia National Park and North Wales area incl.: Zip World,Golf, Lake and River Fishing, White Water Rafting, Go Karting, Mountain Bikes, Croquet, Leisurely Countryside and Hill Walking, Land Rover Safari, Dry Slope Skiing and Tobogganing.

You will arrive at the Waterloo Hotel and Spa after 4 pm on Wednesday. Your guide will be there to meet you and you will meet your fellow riders. Perhaps join them around the table for dinner?

Throughout Thursday, your guide Gary - a local biker with a head full of local knowledge and interesting facts about what you will see, will escort you as you work your way along rivers, coastlines, and through valleys, stopping for photos, cake, coffee, and lunch along the way.

During the evening you can do your own thing or join the group for an evening meal at the Waterloo. Betws also has an abundance of great restaurants, and if you fancy a short drive, I can highly recommend Llanrwst for Indian, Thai, or Welsh like you have never had before!

On Friday morning, after a hearty breakfast, we will ride a different loop taking in more breathtaking scenery and some of Wales' famous landmarks. We are not short of 'stunning' in this part of the world, and whether your 'thing' is history, countryside, or just good twisty roads, you won't be disappointed as your guide takes you off the 'usual' and onto the roads less traveled.

This is a very relaxed weekend with the promise of many giggles.
